The Miss America Organization (“MAO”) is proud to announce the addition of two new members to the national Board of Directors.

A pioneer throughout her life, entrepreneur and author Yvonne “Bonnie” Garcia broke industry barriers holding inaugural roles that ranged from being the first Latina disc jockey in major Texas markets to directing Hispanic Marketing for Coca-Cola North America. She is known as a results-oriented visionary, celebrated for bringing Latino voices to the national stage.

After 22 years in corporate marketing, Garcia founded Culture. Inspired. Marketing® firm MarketVision in San Antonio in 1998. She grew the company into one of the leading multicultural agencies in the country serving clients like the Centers for Disease Control, MassMutual, Coca-Cola, MillerCoors, Conagra Foods, and many more. Today, she continues to serve as CEO and chief creative officer of MarketVision, as well as owner of JFAYE Properties, a real-estate development company she founded in 2005.

The Miss America Organization instills invaluable skills in young women. As a female entrepreneur, I understand how important it is to empower the coming generations to seek out business savvy, social impact,” Garcia said.“I am thrilled to support Miss America’s mission by helping to craft initiatives that will further motivate young women across the country and build tomorrow’s leaders.”

In addition to Bonnie Garcia, the MAO welcomes Jacqueline B. Reynolds. With over 30 years of experience leading world-renowned brands, Jacqueline is respected as a first-class global marketer. Household names, such as Coca-Cola, McDonald’s, Walmart, L’Oreal, Disney, and a myriad of other Fortune 500 companies, have trusted Jacqueline’s strategic planning, brand development, multicultural and digital / influencer marketing prowess to create massive, consumer-driven programs. Her most recent success was leading a world-wide Super Bowl Campaign with 54 Influencers and NFL players, where one YouTube video alone garnered over 9.1MM views.

Having held senior leadership positions at global brands, agencies, and media companies, Jacqueline is currently the Chief Digital Talent Officer & Partner at RSA Entertainment responsible for the influencer & modeling divisions. In this role she pairs her deep understanding of entertainment, brand marketing, and her many years in pioneering the multicultural communications landscape, to develop influencer-led initiatives for top-notch brands.

A native of New York City, Jacqueline briefly lived in Carolina, Puerto Rico, her mother’s hometown, but grew up in Miami, FL where she competed in the Miss Florida Organization. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of Miami.

“So much of my success, both personally and professionally, I can directly attribute to the amazing experiences I gleaned through the Miss America Organization and I’m so tremendously grateful,” Reynolds attests. “I’m thrilled to be involved in growing and evolving the Miss America Organization as we honor future generations of incredible, accomplished women.”
