We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
At EXCLUSIVE we take great care in ensuring that every crown meets the highest standards of beauty and quality. If you need to return a crown, please know that once it is received, our skilled artisans will carefully inspect and restore it before it can be offered again.To cover this reconditioning process, a 15% restocking fee will apply.
However, you will not be charged for the original shipping cost. Kindly note that the return shipping cost will be your responsibility. Once we receive the returned products, we will credit your account or issue a refund within 7 days.
Returned items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days—no justification required. The returned item must be unworn, unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached. A proof of purchase is also required.
