We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a return.
There is no restocking fee, and you will not be charged for our cost in shipping the product to you. You are responsible for the cost of shipping the product back to ExclusiveCrowns. Once we receive the returned products, we will credit your account or issue a refund within 7 days.
Returned items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.
